As we travel on the coast, from Udupi towards Murudeshwara or Karvar we will get this tiny village. There is a small place called Ottanane in Baindur which is famous for sunset point. You can also see the beautiful scenery of river merging with the Arabian Sea from here.

Tourism Department has constructed a small stall here to watch the mesmerizing surroundings and sunset.
There is a Raghawendra Swamy Mutt on the highway NH17 and Ottanane is just a mile away from there.
Its worth visit if you are interested in some photography and love nature.
