Santa Cruz mainly contains small mountains and redwoods. One of the interesting spot here is Mystery House which is located amidst the huge redwoods.Mystery Spot is one among the wonders of nature where you can experience zero gravity from earth.A small wooden house is built in the spot and there are guides who will narrate about the spot.Basically you can not stand straight inside that particular area and if you throw a ball up it never comes down!!.
Interesting!
Few miles away is Natural Bridges State Park which has a nice picnic area and good place to play with water.
The park also includes a large area of coastal meadows, with native wildflowers.Good place for family outings.

Half Moon Bay is one of the weekend spots that we go regularly. It has a nice beach and small downtown.Though you can’t get in to the water(its too cold!) its good see people surfing and sailing.
Few miles away is the Point Montara LightHouse which gives spectacular view of the pacific ocean.Very quite place..you can sit on the rocks and listen to the music of waves.
