ಗೋಳಿಬಜೆ ಕರಾವಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಡುವ ವಿಶೇಷ ತಿಂಡಿ.ಅದರಲ್ಲೂ ಉಡುಪಿ ಮಂಗಳೂರಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಡುವ ಗೋಳಿಬಜೆಯ ರುಚಿಯೇ ಬೇರೆ.ಉಡುಪಿ ಮಿತ್ರ ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಡುವ ಗೋಳಿಬಜೆ ರುಚಿ ನಾನು ಎಂದೂ ಮರೆಯಲ್ಲ.
ಗೋಳಿಬಜೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಬೇಕಾಗುವ ಸಾಮಾನುಗಳು ಈ ರೀತಿ ಇವೆ.
ಮೈದಾ ಹಿಟ್ಟು – ೧ ಕಪ್
ಕಡಲೆ ಹಿಟ್ಟು – ೧ ಕಪ್
ಅಡಿಗೆ ಸೋಡಾ – ೧/೪ ಚಮಚ
ಹಸಿಮೆಣಸು – ೩-೪
ಉಪ್ಪು
ಕೊತ್ತಂಬರಿ ಸೊಪ್ಪು,ಕರಿಬೇವು ಮತ್ತು ಶುಂಠಿಯನ್ನು ಸಣ್ಣಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿ ಹಾಕಬೇಕು.

ಎಲ್ಲವನ್ನು ಬೋಂಡ ಹಿಟ್ಟಿನ ಹದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಲಸಿ ಸಣ್ಣಗಿನ ಉರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕರಿಯಬೇಕು.
