Ingredients :
Chana Dal – 1 cup
Dry Red Chillies – 10 – 120
Hing – 1 pinch
Salt -1 tsp ( to taste)
Dry roast everything in a pan till the chanadal turns in to reddish brown color.Grind in to a smooth powder and store it in a air tight container.
